General Condition Report
Adequate to most purchasers. A comprehensive report that includes a visual inspection of all accessible areas and basic tests of services and equipment’s.

Structural Survey
It is a complete study about the construction technique, state of the existing construction, state of the installed services, light, water, gas, swimming pools, among others. This analysis applies to a variety of buildings, from the simplest to the most complex, and to the varied state of conservation of buildings and constructions.

Snagging inspection
Survey of a newly finished property to identify construction flaws and final issues that require the builder's attention. The inspection includes a list of all works that require necessary corrections. Report provided in English and Portuguese. When necessary, there is direct contact and follow-up with the builders to organize a work in order to assist productively in the resolution and repair of the identified items and assist in their correct completion.
